After hours emergencies:

A remote meter reading device, located on the outside of each home, is read quarterly using a touch pad system.  So there is no need to enter the residence in most cases. (If your home is not equipped with a remote reading device, contact the CWSA office to have one installed free of charge.) The actual usage is recorded from the meter and used to generate a quarterly water and sewer bill.


Fire Protection (commercial/industrial)
Unmetered fire line (unlimted connections and size): $25 flat rate per quarter.

Payment can be made by mail or in person, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the CWSA office. For your convenience, a 24-hour drop box is also available outside the main entrance. (Cash payments are not permitted in the drop box.) Payments deposited in the box before 7:00 a.m. on the day following the bill’s due date will be credited as received on the due date.

As an additional service, CWSA will also accept pre-payments on water and sewer bills. Be sure to include your account number with your pre-payment so that it may be credited to the proper account.

If you are a new customer, you must complete the appropriate service application and mail it/bring it to the CWSA office. (If you are renting, a deposit of $115 must accompany your application.) If you are moving, you must contact CWSA to request a final reading and provide a forwarding address for your final bill.
